I made my visit to Tripadvisor.com today to add my review of your amazing hotel so that others can read, book, and enjoy all that we did while staying with you in
September 2008. Thanks to Suleyman Cakir for heading us in the right direction when I asked about staying in a Cave hotel. Yours is perfect. We loved the "honeymoon" suite in the Eagle's Nest. It is simply beautiful. I felt as though I was in a fairy tale while enjoying our stay.
Your staff is exceptional, the food, out of this world, and the setting magical. I want all to know about your unigue hotel so will write a review for Frommers as well.

Dear Ibrahim, Hamide, other staff at the Gamirasu Cave Hotel Cappadocia is a unque part of the world, and your hotel is certainly part of that. We had a unforgettable time the hotel had a wonderful family atmosphere because of the very friendly, capable and informal staff. As well, the meals were great and the rooms were comfortable and interesting. We would give our highest recommendation to anyone intending to visit the Gamirasu Cave Hotel and will undoubtedly stay there when we next need accommodation in this fascinating part of Turkey.

Just a short note to thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so very welcome and at home during our recent visit. We absolutely loved your very special hotel and the experience of staying amongst villagers going about their daily lives - the sounds of the nightingales - the animals - we could go on for quite some time!
We managed to buy a folk music CD with the Sez and might very well wear it out as we have played it many times during the last two days we have been home.
We wish you and your family all the very best for the future and every continued success with the hotel. As soon as we know when the article will be up and running we will let you know.

We recently stayed at your hotel about a week ago. We had traveled from USA to Budapest to Istanbul to Cappadocia to Bucharest and surrounding Romanian villages, and I am astounded at the wonderful service that you provided to us. As soon as we entered reception, we were treated like royalty. We were upgraded to the stable room and I think that this is the most beautiful room I have ever been in. I truly felt like a princess. And your food! Oh my, it was wonderful. I wanted to bring the chef home with me. Our tour guide Birsen was wonderful. She informed us and shared so much with us that I truly felt special. In my book, Gamirasu Cave Hotel is the best place I have ever stayed and the best food I have ever eaten. If I ever get the chance to visit again I will definately stay there.
You truly are a gem all the way around. Rooms, food, staff, location, gets a superior report from me.

I’d like to give you my heartfelt thanks for a very special stay at your hotel last month – I was on the American tour led by Cynthia. I just loved staying in the beautiful cave room and all the food was delicious. Your staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks especially for the cooking lessons. I have found a market here at home that sells some Middle Eastern food and look forward to making boureg and dolma soon. I hope the chef is fully recovered from the lentil incident.
Please also convey my very special thank you to Tolga, who took us to meet his family in the village one evening. Visiting with them was the highlight of my trip to Turkey – I will always remember their warmth and hospitality. I am inspired to pass along that sense of generosity to everyone I meet. I know I will be back someday. Turkey is a very special place, and I will definitely stay in your hotel again. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience.
